I just received my Accupoint 2.5-12×42 that I purchased for big game hunting. Out of the box I am very please with the quality, the scope looks ready to take a lifetime of wear and tear and with the warranty I have no reservations about the cost. At dusk and dawn the illumination of the reticle is stellar and when you consider there are no batteries it is even more impressive. At all magnifications the scope is crystal clear and light transmission is excellent. I would hands down recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality hunting scope that you can be confident in for years (or decades) to come.

Very high quality from Trijicon! Super clear glass and nice quality finish. Perfect for low light conditions. It is a little on the heavy side but for how solid it is built that is a given. Would highly recommend.

I have the 2.5-12.5×42 with the MOA-Dot reticle on my AR15 and love it. No problem shooting out to 300 yards accurately. The Reticle is very clear and bright at all magnifications – even in low lighting. It's expensive but well worth it. After all it's a Trijicon. 🙂

Lightweight, clear, illuminated reticle. Trijicon quality. What more is there to say? I carried ACOGs on several deployments. I currently own other Trijicon products, Burris, Nightforce, Steiner, Vortex, and several RDS optics. This scope the upmost quality. Small center dot, .5/1 MOA, depending on amount of light that enters, maybe smaller actually. Never too bright, unlike the other big name optic company that everyone seems to be fanboys of.

We actually used a lot of private purchased Trijicon Accupoint scopes in Afghanistan back in the day and now I pretty much exclusively use them on my personal weapons. This 2.5-12.5 with MOA dots has enough hold data to get me to 600 meters on a 14.5 556. I haven't tried pushing it further but I could dial at that point. Typical Trijicon though and battery free so good for a decade of hard use. I love these scopes
