My Reflex came with a tritium front sight, but a non-tritium rear sight. That does not work for me. But I had difficulty finding the Reflex specifically listed by the manufacturers of tritium sights. I did a LOT of research finally determined that the sights for the FN-109 would fit the Reflex. (No, the P365 sights will not fit the Reflex.) I left the front sight as is and replaced the rear. Perfect. 2" groups at 15 years. In the dark.

Trijicon has a well known reputation and these sights are one reason why. Fit and finish are excellent. The tritium is bright.
