  1. Pat

Very clear glass and on setting 10 for illumination it is definitely daylight bright. The scope i purchased was the hx 1-6 with red dot. Nice eye relief as well. The illumination dial and magnification is smooth yet stiff and feel very nice and the turrets feel a little looser but nothing that bothers me. So far im very pleased with my purchase and my fears of the illumination not being bright enough are all but gone.

  2. Rich

Top tier sight for a 1-6 with seamlessly clear glass with no deformity in the outer zone or when increasing focal point.

  3. Bradley

This is a great scope that checks many of the boxes you are looking for. Great glass, daylight bright reticle, good field of view, good eye relief/eye box, relatively light weight. Only thing that is really holding this scope back is the reticle. I really wish Trijicon would make a MRAD version of this scope. The elevation line is rather thick and the hold overs lines are not that wide which makes using this scope at range challenging. If you have even a slight wind, you will find yourself lacking a reference point to hold off of and tend to just estimate where the wind is pushing the projectile. Since the hold over lines are not very pronounced, it is also difficult to see them in low light or if you are shooting at a target in the shadows. It is very easy to lose the BDC entirely in these conditions. Because the glass quality is very good, you will have no issue will collecting enough light to see the target, but the issue becomes simply finding the correct hold over line. It is better to think of this scope as a variable power red dot.Another issue for the reticle is the BDC calculations themselves. I believe this is set for 223 Remington and not 556 Nato. This BDC lines up exactly with my 12.3 shooting 556. Shooting 556 out of my 16 inch, I use the 600 yard hold over for targets located at the 700 yard mark. You should still confirm hold over for all BDC reticles, but I am guess since this scope is advertised as a "hunting" optic, Trijicon aligned it with 223 instead. This scope is so close to being the perfect LPVO. Well, the reticle issue I mentioned above and the low battery life is the only other con, but all LPVOs have terrible battery life so I wont hold that against this scope.

This is a really awesome LPVO!! It's made in Japan with Japanese glass. The glass is really clear and bright. The center red dot version is definitely day light bright. I have a Vortex Razor gen 2 hd, and to my eye, the Trijicon looks just as good! The turets have a zero reset with no tools needed and 1/4 moa adjustment. My Razor is only 1/2 moa adjustment. The 1x looks really good, and the eye relief is good from 1x to 6x. For the money, i dont think you can beat the Trijicon! I'll definitely be looking at getting another one!

  5. Jaybfire

Wasn’t sure if this was the right sight for my rifle, but once I placed it I was 100% impressed. I haven’t tried the TRYBE optics yet but I don’t think I will need it!

  6. JB

The name says it all TRIJICON and of course comes the price with it. But it speaks volumes because it has proven itself in many situations.
