I have both versions of the HD sights, orange regular and yellow XR, and I definitely prefer the new XR version. It is more precise and easier to see the target. Color wise, that is personal preference but the orange is my favorite.

The Beretta APX sights weren't bad, but I wanted Tritium night sights and a thinner front post. I chose the Trijicon HD XR because of the thinner post on XR's compared to Trijicon HD sights. Great choice for me. Others may like the larger front post on HD's, but I prefer these. Got the orange because yellow/chartreuse wasn't in stock. I'm really glad yellow wasn't available, because the orange really pops. I didn't attempt to install so a gunsmith set them up and laser bore sighted them. I will be getting rid of the Big Dots on my M&P 9 and install these sights. I have old eyes and have no problems acquiring the post alignment in my sight picture. I also like that I can see smaller targets at distance vs a larger front post obscuring more of it. What works best for me is not what's best. It's what suits MY needs.

I see other people have had issues with these sights.. but I have not.. I gave 2 pair.. no issues so far.. nice and bright… install is a breeze on a glovk 19 + a g26….. why do I need to use 200 characters to explain how nice these are.. kinda annoying…

Aesthetically pleasing and functional, they just make the gun look better. They’re brighter than Glock night sights and look 10x better. As for durability I’ve only had them on my Glock 19 g3 for about a month. I’ll get back to this in a year with a follow up.

The sights are a huge upgrade from factory Glock sights. I put them on my Glock 19 and I noticed they are shooting a little low. It is not a huge deal but it is a little frustrating. Not sure what to do to fix the problem. But besides the fact they shoot a little low I love the sights.

Trijicon puts out a great product that I trust as a consumer… In my opinion Trijicon puts out some of the highest quality parts on the market and these sights are no different… I would recommend getting the sights installed by a GUNSMITH either that or buy the Sig Sauer specific P320 sight pusher…
