The orange front sight on my set was back-ordered, a fact not posted on the Optic Planet website, but only discovered after ordering with rush shipping. OP offered to change it out for the yellow sight, but based on internet reviews on this and other sites, I stayed with the orange. That was probably a mistake. The orange paint does not appear to be florescent like a traffic cone color, rather just plain ol' orange. It doesn't really "pop" or stand out like the yellow one probably would have. I bought these sights because, in my mid-50's, my old eyes needed a front sight that would really draw my eye to the dot. I had a friend who is an armorer mount the sights and they feel sturdy. There is not anything wrong with these sights, I just thought they would be brighter. Maybe someday a sight manufacturer will better acknowledge the needs of aging shooters with more expendable money to spend on sights than some of our younger brethren. If/when that happens, that manufacturer will become rich beyond the dreams of Midas. In the interim, these will have to do, as they appear to be our best option at this time.

In my experience this is the best quick acquisition sight setup going. Especially for older eyes. I have them mounted on various handgun platforms and am more than pleased. I have tried so many other sight setups and these still rise to the top.

Ordered this set of sights for my Glock 36. Fit perfectly and its amazing how much better one can focus on the front sight with the orange dot! The low light rear sight help a lot too. Easy to install. I would recommend these Trijicon sights to anyone.

The Trijicon Hd night sights are the only sights I will run anymore. I will never buy any other sets of night sights for my guns. The only way these could be better is if they were suppressor height. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a great set of night sights.

Love these sights. I have them on all of my Glock’s and really love the bright consistent sight picture. I wasn’t sure about the “u” shaped rear notch at first but after continued use I believe it’s faster to acquire.
