If you want the best and can afford it, don't hesitate. This product is battle ready and built like a tank. I zeroed it in at 100 yds which is easy and user friendly. I would recommend this as the best product on the market. Glass is crystal clear and very bright. I am older and this is the ticket for my eyes plus both eyes open is the ultimate for acquisition. But it and enjoy the best. The HD has many more features which gives the shooter a variety of picks depending on light and shooting conditions. I also recommend the Scopecoat for the cover since it protects when not being used.Buy USA products

Paid more to get this high end optic and very satisfied. Great clarity, large field of view makes tracking target with both eyes open easy. Other red dots have small FOV making them poor performers. I buy for the long term, I keep my guns for life and pass them down to sons, so I purchase quality items! This is one of them!

Great red dot I’m glad I spent the extra for the HD. The dot is crisp and I like the addition of the circle dot similar to my eotech. Construction and quality are always top notch with trijicon. I bought an SRO and now the MRO from Optics Planet and shipping was fast and free

The HD is FAR better than the original.Pros:clear glass, no magnification, works perfectly under magnification, two reticle options, looks great, ambi controls, etc.Cons:When using the single dot you can slightly notice the outter ring under certain lighting (not a big deal honestly, it disappeares when using a magnifier), the battery life is less which is BS (why?) Roughly 20k hours.

To me this was a no brainer, you’re basically getting an Aimpoint t2 and an EOTech xps3 in one compact package. However you are sacrificing half the battery life with the 2.0 MOA reticle compared to the T2 (this shouldn’t be a problem if you change your batteries annually), it’ll leave you with 2.5 years with the 2.0 MOA dot and 75 days with the 68 MOA reticle (which is 3 times longer than an EOTech xps3 with a 65 MOA reticle) on top of that you also get night vision capabilities with both reticles. The dot/ring is the most crisp I’ve encountered from a battery powered red dot, I would compare the quality of picture it to trijicons tritium reticles from their reflex sights or even RCOs. My only complaint with the optic was that in certain lighting the circuit board for the light emitting diode would reflect on the viewing lense, however I slapped one of Trijicons ARD flip caps on the front and this bad honcho and the problem was totally taken care of. Currently I have this optic on a LaRue cantilever QD Mount with an Aimpoint 6x magnifier on a LaRue QD flip Mount behind it and it works like a charm. I would recommend that set up for anyone wanting 6x magnification with an excellent red dot.

Didn't notice any magnification and dot is pretty crisp. I have astigmatism, so i do see it little star pattern, however I only notice it when i'm looking at the dot rather than the target. Overall satisfied with the mro hd, but it has the circuit board reflection issues. The only outstanding issue with MRO HD is the reflection of the circuit board when light is hitting at certain angle(light hitting from 12-2o'clock). Overall satisfied with the red dot and have decided to keep it.
