The gas port on this is pretty far forward of the barrel requiring a lighter buffer because of the small amount of dwell time. My rifle was short-stroking as a result. It also needs to be dimpled since it wasn't already done at the factory. Overall, good barrel but there are normally better options at a similar price. I recommend it only if you have a dimpling jig and if you have an assortment of lightweight buffers to fine-tune the weight. Finish is excellent.

I bought this after inability to find a Faxon. I polished the feed ramps, drilled one gas block dimple and assembled my pistol. Range day went great, 55grain FMJ and 62grain ballistic tips grouped better than I was expecting. Good value for the money.

Barrel looks like it’s made good. Looked good on my gun. Haven’t shot it yet but I’m not concerned about the performance. Should be well worth the cost.

Great reviews and seems to be well machined. Love the crystal clear brand marking as well as the caliber marking on the barrel. Can’t wait to finish my build and see what this barrel can do. Still have yet to fire it due to other parts being on back order.
