Compact, lite weight, amazingly clear. a great pair of binocs to take when traveling. We plan to put them in our suitcase when we travel to Maui. Think bird watching, whale watching. Lite and easy to carry.No disapointments.

Compact, small objective binoculars are usually marginal in light gathering, clarity, and overall performance unless you spend alot. The Vortex Diamondback 10×28 is compact, lightweight, quality built, waterproof, bright, armor coated, clear, medium priced, and focuses like a razor. Vortex are quality products. I had a pair of Nikon semi-compact binocs and had nothing but trouble with them. Replaced Nikon with Vortex and not looking back! These are great clarity, not too bulky and 10 power to give great up-close looks.

After trying many binoculars for archery this is the one! light weight crystal clear well built. Thanks Vortex and Optics planet. You need pinpoint accuracy and this has plenty of field of view but still can focus easily.
