The L-Tec AMG Turret Tool is a double-sided tool that allows for easy and accurate turret adjustments while preventing cross-threads from becoming damaged. One side of the tool features a long serrated edge to easily access the turrets, while the other side has an extended slot to accommodate turrets that don’t have a knurled surface. This allows for the turrets to be properly positioned for a precise setup while the slotted area serves to protect the turret and its contents. The L-Tec AMG Turret Tool is a dual-sided tool that allows for turrets to be removed or replaced with one simple tool. The other side features a small slot to store an extra turret or two while the serrated edge stabilizes the turret when reinstalled. I misplaced the L-Tec tool that shipped with my Vortex Razor AMG scope and this is a perfect replacement. Please note that the photo listed on the site for the tool showing a flat head side is incorrect. One end of the tool is a hex wrench, the other end is polymer for opening up the screwed cap of both windage and elevation turret.

The tool came with the screwdriver and bent at an angle, I don't know if it came from China, but the cost for me to ship it back to try to get a replacement, etc., is too much of a pain in the rear to bother. I would contact vortex directly for this or just get a set of torque screws. The vortex customer service fellow talked to me and he told me the size that I needed if I did want to purchase another tool. Just get a set of torque screwdrivers and some different tips, you'll be better served.
