Bought this to place on top of my Vortex Gen 2 Spitfire 5X Prism and it fit perfect. It was incredibly easy to zero and with the locking adjustments, I know it wont shift over time. Dot is as crisp as it gets and glass is crystal clear.

I’m a loyal Vortex Optics customer. I have a couple of scopes and red dots that I absolutely love. I have to say that I haven’t had any issues with my products at all. I would absolutely recommend Vortex products to anyone. There are many options that provide equal to or better quality, however it comes at a premium price. If you can afford it, go ahead. I do however would rather get quality results from a budget friendly product and still have funds available for other things.

Great quality for the price! Only thing I would change is how you change the battery, as it is between the optic and the base. Great red dot, so far!

This OPMOD is mounted on my duty weapon. It is a good, basic red-dot without the bells and whistles and a good value for the money. The set screws and adjustment screws are VERY tight and you have to take care not to strip them. The set screws are not easy to access and the sight has to be dismounted to lock them into place. The battery also has to be accessed by dismounting the sight. But in return for these minor inconveniences you get a clear 6mil dot point of aim, decent glass protection and Vortex’s fantastic warranty. Would I recommend it – sure, especially if you are hard on your gear and don’t want to risk nicking or scratching a sight costing 2-3x as much! Will I upgrade? Maybe but I am giving it a year to make the grade.

Looks and feels solid. Only complaint was the red dot was oddly sighted way left. They’re usually not that off. But whatever it’s a decent product for the price

I bought this optic for my Baretta 1301. It works as expected and holds a rock hard ZERO, even on a 12ga. I'll let other people talk more about it's features. I want to talk about the warranty. The Vortex VIP warranty is real and they stand behind their gear. My optic was flawless, out of the box and worked perfectly. That is, until the shotgun it was attached to, took a tumble, shattering the glass. It was 100% my fault. I was a couple weeks away from a hunting trip, where I planned on using the optic. I called Vortex, to see if it could be repaired. I really didn't want to buy another one. Not only did they replace my optic at no charge, they even paid the shipping back and forth AND got it back to me with enough time to hit the range before leaving on my trip! I have never used a warranty before, and was willing to pay the repair cost. This is the kind of customer service that builds customer loyalty! I am impressed by both the quality, and integrity of Vortex. Great job folks!
