Refunds and Returns Policy
At Canada Outdoor Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Returns
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Hazardous materials
- Customized or special-order items
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@canadaoutdoorgear.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Hazmat Fee: Please note that the $15 hazmat fee for hazardous products is non-refundable.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
