Refunds and Returns Policy

At Canada Outdoor Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Hazardous materials
    • Customized or special-order items
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@canadaoutdoorgear.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Hazmat Fee: Please note that the $15 hazmat fee for hazardous products is non-refundable.
  3. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
