Understanding Your Order Status
Once you place an order with us, it will go through several stages before it reaches you. Below is a detailed explanation of each order status and what it means for your purchase.
1. On Hold – Order is Pending Payment
When your order is marked as On Hold, it means that we have received your order, but payment has not been completed. This could be due to:
- You have selected Interac E-transfer, Bitcoin, or Bank Transfer but have not yet sent the payment.
- We are still verifying your payment manually.
- A payment issue has occurred, such as incorrect details or insufficient funds.
💡 What You Need to Do:
- If you haven’t sent your payment yet, please follow the payment instructions provided in your order confirmation email.
- If you have already sent the payment, allow some time for processing, or contact us with proof of payment for quicker verification.
2. Processing – Payment Received & Order is Being Prepared
Once we confirm your payment, your order status will update to Processing. This means:
- We have successfully received your payment.
- Our team is currently preparing your items for shipment.
- If your order includes firearms, ammunition, or other regulated products, we may conduct age verification or legal compliance checks before dispatching.
💡 What You Need to Do:
- No further action is needed from you at this stage.
- Keep an eye on your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
3. Completed – Order Has Been Shipped Out
When your order is marked as Completed, it means:
- Your package has been packed, labeled, and handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- A tracking number has been generated and sent to your email.
- Your order is now in transit and on its way to your delivery address.
💡 What You Need to Do:
- Check your email for the tracking number and use the provided link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- If you haven’t received a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Canceled – Payment Was Never Made
If your order is marked as Canceled, this means:
- We did not receive payment within the required time frame.
- The order was automatically canceled due to non-payment or by customer request.
- The items were not reserved for you, and you will need to place a new order.
💡 What You Need to Do:
- If your order was canceled due to non-payment, but you still want the items, contact us immediately to restore your order and complete payment.
- If you no longer wish to proceed with the order, no further action is required.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number
- Once your order is Completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery progress.
