As usual, Crimson, Trace hits it out of the park with this truly ambidextrous unit that is also very adaptable to the rails placed in front of most triggers.The power switches are located on both sides of the unit, enabling you to use it right or left, handed fairly easily.The rail clamp has some adaptability forward and back, allowing you to work around rails that are not built to the piccatinny standard as they should be.While it will not fit on really small pistols like the Boberg. It will fit better on most.

I bought the Crimson Trace CMR-207 Rail Master Pro Laser Sight & Tactical Light System for my S&W M&P 9 2.0 pistol. Of course, it works perfectly. Crimson Trace could certainly do a better job on the enclosed documentation (especially for less experienced enthusiasts like me).The only issue that I had with it is certainly NOT the fault of the manufacturer. Short version: the additional bulk of the light/laser combo forced me to get a different CC holster. I like IWB for concealment, and the barrel/slide an the slightly bulky addition was too much for my (admittedly less-expensive) holsters.What could they do better? Both Crimson Trace and Optics Planet would do us all a favor to note that adding the light/laser will require significantly more room in the holster. Yeah…a more seasoned shooter would have known, but…well, you know.

Installed easily on Springfield XD40. Unit does not need to be removed to replace CR123 battery. Green laser on the range easily visible at 10 yards in bright sunlight, much better than red for these eyes. Inside the 400 lumen light is more than adequate and the green laser really pops. Had it to the range a couple times, zeroed it with one mag and dot stays put. Nice quality, accurate and reasonable priced. Would be 5 stars if it was rechargeable as advertised.

Been carrying it around on my 21sf, the light is nice and bright and so is the laser, so far I haven't taken it outside during the brightness of day but I believe it would still be visible. Great price for a great brand and laser/light combo.
