Good value, fast shipping, and easy to install but it took a little wiggling to get the mag release lever in place. There are several videos on the FAB Defense website and elsewhere that will guide you through the process.

Although a bit difficult to install, it fits perfectly and works just as advertised. The addition of this new grip has created a whole new firearm, or at least a more modern on. I can't believe I didn't know about this for so long. I've owned this pistol for too many years to count and the upgrade is remarkable. In other words, I'm a true believer!!

took some trial and error, but i finally got everything to line upi hooked the mage release 'pin' and rotated it up.took some jiggling, but finally got it all to set right.having the button mag release is a nice up, and the beaver tail is a nice addition. as any makarov owner will attest to .this grip is def a quality of life upgrade, and worth the money

I have large hands. The original Baikal grips were OK. I was happy enoughwith my Makarov 380. But I knew that there was too much play between my hands and the Baikal grips. You know there is a thing that happens between you and your gun that says "this is not optimal! I am not connected to my gun" So I ordered this grip from FAB Defence. Wow!! Cannot say enough about how this grip unites me to my Makarov. It makes my Makarov feel like an organic extension of my hands. Incredibly natural!! A lot of people complain about the slide extension guard but I have no problem with it. It fits fine in my Makarov holster and does not cause any problems. Can't say enough about this grip! Despite some reviews it was actually very easy to install.and the clip release is a game changer for the Makarov!!! It was originally the reason I bought the PM/PPM but it has wound up improving all aspects of my relationship with my gun!! Thanks FAB Defense!!

I love it I will say it’s a very very tight fit lil hard to get on but once it’s on it’s not coming off or slipping around loosely gives it a good feel texture and grip angle still points and feels like a mak!

I had been considering the purchase of a FAB Defense grip for my Bulgarian Makarov for a long time, but based on some negative reviews online I had never done so. However, when I saw the grip on sale at OpticsPlanet I figured that giving it a try was worth the gamble, so I bought it? Their price was more than reasonable, their site was a "Cakewalk" to navigate and shipping, following the purchase, was extremely quick.When the grip arrived I found a site on youtube explaining how to install it and to say it went smoothly is a huge understatement. Not only was it easy to install, it looks great and the magazine release mechanism works flawlessly. If someone wasn't familiar with the pistol they would have no idea that it wasn't the original grip and the factory magazine release.If anyone is thinking about replacing the grip on their Makarov, grab one of these FAB Defense grips; you'll be glad you did.
