This mould is machined from solid cast iron blocks with each cavity being done one at a time. In addition the company uses the same cutting tool per cavity and on digital equipment to ensure perfect duplication. In addition the tight grain structure extended life and dimensional stability are possible because of a unique blend of alloy developed by SAECO.
