It rubs against the finish of the gun. It is tricky to holster because angle needs to be precise. It’s a good looking holster and secures nicely but the issues outweigh the good. There is lack of instructions to tell me what the roller pin is for that replaces the optics cover.

I ordered a Safariland 7378RDS-7TS ALS for a Shadow Systems DR920 (same footprint as a Glock 17). I was having a problem locating a concealableish level 1 holster for detective work for a pistol equiped with a red dot optic (Holosun EPS) but without an attached weapon light. Most holster makers must believe all users that have an optic on their pistol must also be carrying a light on their pistol. There are many carriers that don't carry a light on their pistols but do have dots. The listed holster is a happy compromise as it does work with weapon mounted optics and lights (Surefire 300X) but conceals well and does not have a bulbous protrusion that makes one's "butt look big". Retention is great and it came with both paddle and belt attachment mounts. I have already recommended this product to three of my coworkers, with more to come, to meet our carry and concealment needs.
