Our proprietary steel alloy ALPHA2 Scope Mounts are machined with an exactness that is both strong yet ductile that allows our rings to form around a Rifle Scope, yet will not damage scope under proper installation. Very sturdy mount, well made. I mounted this on a precision AR 5.56 build. I mated this with a Tango 4 Sig scope precision build. You can't beat Sig when it comes to price & quality. I am very pleased with Sig Sauer' quality and prices.

This mount is very solid. I have not had it come loose at all. I can easily swap from rifle to rifle with no problems. Only down side is that it is heavier than some other mounts out there. I would recommend this mount to anyone.

Well designed and manufactured. Solidly built. Highly recommended. This Sig Sauer scope base and rings are ideal for high-end and long distance rifles. This is my third one purchased and the others I have served my purposes well. Optics Planet ordering, delivery and overall service was excellent.

Was really looking forward to installing this scope ring with a Sierra6 scope. Sadly upon inspection the the body gad scratches and screws were already stripped. The color matched pretty close to my cerokoted ar10 and the height looked good. Jsut wished the item they sent was new.

I bought the the Alpha2 dark earth think it would match my sig sauer snakebite 7.62, or atless be close in color, boy was i wrong, the color is way off it looks pink.,it locks on to the rail really well
