Not sure what the thread pitch is, or what weapon this is intended for, but it is NOT M13.5 x 1 LH as the other Question/Answer states. It comes in SIG packaging but the part number 1201852R does not exist in Sig's inventory. I'll have to test on some other barrels to determine pitch. Optics Planet should do A LOT better job of describing this item and provide pertinent info. ZERO stars!
