  1. Zenix

Added it to a 10.5" 7.62×39 and it really brought down the blast and muzzle rise. It timed easily without the use of a locking nut, just the supplied crush washer. Would recommend for a .308 as well, I put it on my 18" .308 AR10 as well and found it to do a great job as well, and not kicking up a lot of debris in prone. This will not work with a .350 Legend though, or anything larger than .30 cal, as the inner diameter is not large enough for that, however it does thread on so use caution.

Dramatically reduced recoil, and zero muzzle rise when compared with the basic flash hider provided with my 7.62x39mm AR upper. It is louder than a flash hider, but doesn’t have the concussion of most brakes. It also looks badass and has perfect machining and finish. Not sure if it has any flash suppression capability, because I was shooting on a bright/sunny day. I couldn’t tell a difference in recoil between this caliber and my 5.56 ARs that I shot immediately before and after.

  3. Griz

Works as well as any comp, nice design. Installation was like any other muzzle device. Overall a very good comp. I really like the design on the end, makes for a nice ouch if it has to be used for impact of a spear like nature.

Just got back from the indoor range after putting about 70 rounds through this comp. Yes INDOOR range and I still have my hearing. I know this is supposed to be more neighbor friendly than a brake, but I really wasn't expecting that much of a difference. I was wrong. It did a great job of acting like a brake – reduced recoil and muzzle rise significantly – without the pressure wave that irks the shooter next to you. Even indoors. It didn't seem to be louder or reverberate any more than the guy a lane over with a standard A2 birdcage at my ear. Didn't ask the neighbor. As for the flash hider at the end of the compensator … uh, I couldn't tell. It was difficult to see how well it diffused the muzzle flash through the huge muzzle flashes coming from the side ports. Lol. I didn't notice any flash above the barrel looking through my un-magnified red dot, so there's that. All in all I've extremely pleased with the King Comp. Factor in the price and I'm ecstatic!

This is hands down the muzzle device on a price to recoil reduction scale. Yes, the PWS FCS and Lantac ZERO RECOIL and a few others have more recoil reduction but you will have to pay triple the price for a slight difference. Installed this on my RAR 300 BLK and it feels like shooting a .22 Mag. The fit and finish were perfect and I like the aggressive style. I always look for cost effective products that perform well and this did not disappoint.

This definitely helped with recoil, and it looks amazing. Just what I was looking for! OP always comes through with a great discount.
