The ACH-32 Eyepiece Flip Cap protects the front lens of any 4×32 ACOG with integrated mounting bosses for a red dot sight. Constructed with a rigid ring on the cap, the eyepiece flips open to reveal the micro-mesh surface that allows the shooter to see the full field-of-view with or without a red dot. The patented lens closing system of the Eyepiece Flip Cap provides a “flip-open” effect when the cap is in the open position. When the flip cap is in the closed position, it protects the rear lens from rain, snow, debris and is easily pushed down when tossed into the pocket or pack. Soft rubber edges on all exterior contact points provide a comfortable and secure fit. The same rugged, dependable performance found in all Trijicon Rifle Scopes is found in all Rifle Scope accessory mounts, adapter plates and detachable mounts. I wasn't sure what to expect with having to put the cap around the bosses. The cap and ring are solid plastic, but the part that fits over the ocular lens and bosses is a rubber tube that easily stretches and adjusts. Not what I was expecting, but works perfectly.

This is a very nice add on for an Acog scope. Easy to put on,and works great. But it does flip to the side, not up and down, if you have the bosses for a red dot mount. Still better than a cover! Great price from OpticsPlanet!

They take up time I don't really have to spare.I figure my repeat business is the best compliment, and any problems are best handled over the phone/online with customer service.( mainly because Optics Planet customer service is far better than most vendors'.)That said,There never seems to be enough money for the hunting gear I want, so I've had to cut corners for years and years.Eventually you learn "You get what you pay for, sometimes."After doing without for a long time, I recently purchased my first Trijicon ACOG from Optics Planet.It does not disappoint. I should probably write a review about it after I've had more field time with it…Buying lens protection for it was a no-brainer. The Trijicon flip-cap also doesn't disappoint.
