When I first received my TR20G, I thought, maybe, I should have purchased a scope with a traditional crosshair reticle. However, one trip to the range assured me that I made a good choice. The optics were incredibly clear. Also, as I swung my rifle from side to side with both eyes open, I found you can acquire a target with this scope in no time.Pros: Great Optics Fast Target AcquisitionCons: none

I'm an avid hunter and outdoorsman and i love this optic. For hunting in low light, it is amazing. The objective power dial turns easily, the turrets track perfectly while sighting in, and the view is crystal clear. It is also very rugged, my hunting setup takes a lot of abuse throughout the season and this scope more than holds up. Thanks Optics Planet for a great product and speedy delivery.Pros: Very clear glass, generous eye reliefCons: none

Superior scope. I have a post too which works well on game but the TR-20 with a horizontal crosshair is easier to sight in on the range. Clear scopes which anre illuminated without bothersome batteries.

Bought this scope to mount on my hunting AR, to replace the Nikon P223 3×9/40 I had. I hunt over nights for hogs and with the p223 some nights I wouldn’t be able to see my reticles to make clean kills. These hogs are for sausage, not just eradication so we want clean shots. Bought the Accupoint for the lit up dot in the center of the reticle. Hoped that when it got dark enough to not be able to see the reticle I would use the dot. I have been out a few nights now that I have the scope mounted. The scope is very clear during the days, slightly better than the p223. At dawn and dusk the p223 is more clear during that half hour of light adjustment. At night the dot is very dim, almost a let down. I didn’t want an electronic dot as many of the most dim settings are still too bright at night. With enough eye adjustment eventually you’ll see the dot. It is functional and will come in handy as I had hoped but would have liked it just a bit brighter or even slightly larger. It really is that tiny. Overall I’m almost sad I sold my p223 to find this purchase. The Nikon has a better warranty, was almost as clear as the Trijicon and honestly looked the part with oversized well printed dials. I sold the p223 because the dials could not be locked and I had turned them by bumping them in the case. In a side by side comparison if I only had $200 for a scope I’d buy the p223 and never look back. If I had enough for either and I just wanted a good 100/200 yard scope I would save the money and choose the p223 and purchase other accessories that could make me a better shooter. If I had the money and the idea of an illuminated dot was my main purchasing decision, I would be buy this scope again. I might compare it to the AccuPower though. All in all a great scope.

I mounted this optic for the first time on my DPMS 308 rifle using my La Rue quick release mount. On the first shot at the 25 yard line the point of aim was the center of the target and the point of impact was a mere 1 inch low and to the left! This alone is an indication of the quality of the scope and the other components. It took me 7 shots total to get it centered. Once zeroed, the knobs can be pulled up and rotated to the new "zero mark"which is extremely convenient. The need for batteries is nonexistent which can be a deal breaker in a harsh environment. Very clear picture and excellent light gathering even at night. The fiber optics light adjustment feature eliminates the use for tape like the USMC RCO which i am accustomed to. I cannot say anything realy bad about it. I was however dissapointed at the lack of accessories. For instance i had to buy a Leupold snap-in honeycomb shade for it because they do not offer one. Other than that, I can find no fault in it and it probably is better than other scopes that are more expensive if only because it utilizes a non-electronic illuminated reticle. It actually exceeded my expectations. WHERE'S THE BIBLE VERSES TRIJICON? I actually wish you guys had put one on my optic. Too bad americans are so guilty and afraid of offending people these days. God was the only reason i made it back last time. Pros: exactly what i wantedCons: limited accessories ie sunshades, honeycombs etc.

If you're tired of scopes requiring a degree to operate, that weigh pounds, & reticles with more dots and dashes than Morse Code – then read this. Immense dissatisfaction with a brand "L" scope brought me to Trijicon (thanks)! This optic checks off ALL the boxes. It is light, simple to operate, has clear crisp optics, and tracks well. The reticle (std duplex-green dot) is superb. That illuminated dot is the PERFECT size and brightness for general hunting applications. Simply sight it in, screw the caps back on and go hunting. This scope absolutely amazed me. The Trijicon customer service rep was very knowledgeable/courteous in assisting me to select the best model for my purposes. I will buy more Trijicon's. Optics Planet shipped lightning fast; what I ordered was what I received & OP's price was $180 LESS than "the big guys". Now, go buy one!
