This optic has some of the clearest glass I have ever looked through. It feels light yet robust. The etched mil reticle is easy to pick up and the illumination settings allow it to be daylight bright (not as bright as an Eotech or Aimpoint, but certainly bright enough for a 1-4x). This LPVO is a steal for the money and the quality and construction are exactly what you expect from Trijicon. I feel confident utilizing the Credo 1-4×24 out to 500yds with no problem. I will be mounting this optic on a Daniel Defense M4A1 with an American Defense Recon Mount.

The glass clarity is excellent. Light transmission excellent. The crosshair reticle is small and very fine. That is great for precision shots at 4x magnification, but, It is hard to see with old eyes except on a white background. Younger eyes may see it just fine.The green illumination is useless outdoors except in very low light conditions. Doesn't stand out well even on cloudy days.. However the green reticle is excellent indoors. My other Credo has red illumination and is slightly better outdoors. Over all very good quality but I would not recommend it to anyone who has vision problems.
