If you're going to invest in an ACOG, don't be cheap and skip this.Also get the flash kill lens cover for the other end. Pros: PriceCons: none

This Lens cover fits nice and snug as a system. I definitely like this system on the 6X48 acogs a bit better than the early units on the 4X32 Acogs. Great product evolution! It does require the kill flash for mounting, the kill flash threads into a matching thread within the scopes lens hood.
