This is one of those "absolutely must have" items. OK, your new PVS 14 came with one, and If you are lucky, it is attached to your device with a cord, BUT……I have snagged the cord, ripped out the hole, and lost the cover. Spares are hard to find in the field. I put this in my kit and bring it with me. You really need this as a spare if you are in the woods with you PVS. Terrorist tree branches are waiting to get you.
