Hot on the Block. I come from a background of chrono graphing my hand loads, and factory loads as well. I don't know how winchester does it but this stuff is flat shooting and moves. I chrono'd a 20rd magazine of these with speeds in excess of 2790. High of 2790 and the low 2674 FPS. So definitely similar to shooting a AR15 but more report. Again, flat shooting and big punch.

Purchased as economical range ammo. Shot from relatively new Sprg M1A Scout (18"barrel) used as brush gun.Shot 5 rounds from bench to confirm zero at 65 yards. 3 rounds touching at X ring (offset to 7 o'clock). 2 rounds about 1.5" from X (12 o'clock, 5 o'clock). Meets my requirements.Rest of morning shooting gongs for drills with M1A. 30 more rounds fired, 0 FTF.

I gave three stars for price and reliability (they go bang). The issue I am having is that this ammo is not well suited for the Tavor 7. I’m talking 5 moa. I’m sure the ammo itself is great using a different twist rate and longer barrel. It’s just not acceptable accuracy for the Tavor 7.

  4. Ninch232

Great rounds. Started using these in my home built AR-10 and has been a perfect match.

It is good ammo as far as price and quality is concerned. It is usually in stock at Optics Planet .They are always quick to ship ammo.

The 7.62x51mm NATO ammo feeds flawlessly and consistently hits the 100 yard target
